What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired word of God. It is the complete revelation of His will for salvation and for the Christian life.

We believe that God is the Creator of all things and is eternally and simultaneously both one and three: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; His virgin birth; and His sinless life. Being both God and man in the flesh he died for our sins, arose from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father.

We believe that every person has worth as a creation of God, but all have sinned and fall short of God’s perfection, making union with God by our own effort impossible.

We believe that forgiveness of sin and the promise of eternal life are available to all people who will accept the free gift of God’s grace through Jesus Christ.

We believe that all those who have trusted in Christ as Lord and Savior, repented of their sins, and confessed their faith in Him are in the right relationship with God. We also believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers and enables and empowers the life and ministry of all believers.

We believe in the hope and reality of Jesus Christ’s return.
